We provide customized printing and branding solutions including apparel, signage, packaging, corporate gifts, and promotional products. All product descriptions, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Product images are for reference only. Actual colors, sizes, and finishes may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes and display settings.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment must be received in full before production begins for custom orders
• We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and approved payment gateways
• For bulk corporate orders, credit terms may be available subject to approval

4. Artwork and Design

You are responsible for providing accurate artwork, logos, and design specifications. We will share a digital proof for approval before production begins.

• Ensure you have proper rights to all artwork and trademarks provided
• Approval of digital proof constitutes final confirmation of design
• We are not liable for errors approved in the proof stage
• Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred for best print quality

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on this website are the property of Solid Brand Solutions or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission. We do not claim ownership of your provided artwork.

6. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

• Artwork revisions or approval delays
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
• Supply chain disruptions
• High order volumes during peak seasons

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
