Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.
We accept returns for the following reasons:
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Customized and personalized products can only be returned for quality issues, not for change of mind.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be made to your bank account via NEFT/IMPS.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before production begins, whichever is earlier. Once production starts, cancellation is not possible for customized products.
